Day shift Staff - Pathetic

I am Truly disgusted at the level of disrespect this practice has for patients. My Mother had been called for a follow up appointment to discuss her Blood test results. She had been pushed around to different departments, She waited for 3 hours and still no results were given. As my mother walked to the departments she was told to go to, staff members started yelling why are you sending the whole of Africa to my office ". Truly Pathetic. I will not be going back there , neither will I recommend anyone to go there.
