I went to Picknpay on the 11th,Sasolburg square, there was a special on veggies, went there because of work, when I got home I realised they charged me extra, I tried to reach them on their pages, how best can I be assisted, all mute no answer.

I have always used these people, I don't know if it's month end, having too many clients but services is becoming poor, I ordered via WhatsApp today, I don't know if my order was received l, or not, you ask a question at 10am and get a response the next day 10am
Been going there for 3 weeks now, so to follow up, but staff is dragging their feet, came to consult, when they bill they do it on my old medical aid, mind you I have updated my details,
Beautiful place I admired, ohh my God tried to phone and enquire, they didn't pick up, saw they tried phoning me back, so I phoned around 15h55, the rudeness, told me to quick they are closing, the tone nje sis
Am very hurt and disappointed, I made an order and got confirmation that it went through, later in a day got an email that is system error and they will refund me, what's more disappointing is other customers received their order, how did they select who gets and who doesn't,that is more hurting.
This store is giving me headache, I paid all the money in 2020, closed the account, received paid up letter but I get statement every month that I owe, why is my account still open and active
I saw money in the account, wanted to do a payment but couldn't understand why is it showing 0.0 while I just got paid, but it doesn't show any money out, freaking out as the whole salary gone in thin air
Been trying to get hold of this people for two weeks now and actually am starting to feel trapped, they don't respond to emails or even answer their calls I joined, I want to cancel but there's no way out
I recently wrote a review about Bonitas ,regarding my child not being registered on time, i would really like to thank Bonitas the way they handled my complaint, i was so frustrated as my baby needed medication, they called and registered my baby on the correct date .
