What is going on with Lush cosmetics SA and the DPD laser courier My parcel which is a high value parcel has not yet been delivered it's been week 2. I am very disappointedand angry that I bought online form LUSH.Both this companies are a mess. This is crazy and insane. Dpd customer service is disgusting. I can't track my parcel. If you order online always check which courier company do they use because this one is hopeless and useless. The delivery company does not know where my parcel is and no communication from them that they cannot find my parcel only to find out that it's in limpopo while I'm in Freestate.... What the hell Lush has no idea what they are doing I am so disappointed I will put this on social media and the delivery company is hopeless and useless . I will never buy from you again

Spar Bata School Shoes Promotion I am so frustrated and highly dissapointed in Spar Head Office,for 2 weeks I have been calling about spending R500 at sasolburg super spar with the hope and intention to get Beta school shoes campaign. Sent an email requesting that they assist me with a solution to what I was sold, false advertising but I'm getting nothing and only being send from pillar to post I did not receive a response from them after I was promised to be called back by a lady call Belinda Lets forget . Please can someone advise me what to do because spar customer service has NO customer service because they don't respond on their emails. The instore managers keep telling me about they didn't receive stock but that is NOT what I want to hear. I am sure someone at Spar can fix this because I did spend my money in exchange for the promotion. This is so wrong in so many ways. Spar is my second complain which the first time nothing was done. After I complaint about expired food instore. Can someone do better please. I refuse to let this one go.
Very bad. Every time I go to woolies foods sasolburg and ask for the doughnuts the always selling we don't have but only one particular lady if she there she goes at the back and offers me the frozen one's. So all the time I'm there and requesting for them to get from the back they refuse because they lazy. I'm so bored about this experience I have to go thru. No customer service/care at all. Lack of empathy. I'm letting the business know that im not happy with the service they staff provide. I was highly disappointed at the arrogance of the staff who always do this. Horrible service at this branch. This has been happening for months now. Woolies come on you can do better. Wacky woolies.

This claim has been rejected due to the claim falls within 6 months waiting period the cover date being 19/02/2023 however this policy has been existing period of time which it lapsed in 19/12/2022 and within 2 months period 19/02/2023 the policy was active till to date which falls within the lapsing period , now do the maths.I request that this claim to be further investigated and be reinstated. I will not backdown. Excalation process to the highest level. Capitec Bank and Centriq Insurance work ethics are a disgrace and you have a bad reputation. Your reviews are a total fail and the fact that I almost went with my family to open a funeral cover with Capitec was going to be the worst desion ever. You so quick to find a loophole to reject a claim. This company has many bad reviews and customers struggle to get payouts from them. As a family we are still devisted by the passing of my sister and then we have to deal with Capitec regarding this policy. I'm am extremely disappointed and appalled expecially during this grieving time. This is a daylight *******. Business with no Intergrity.
I am totally not satisfied with how my matter was treated i went for consultation regarding my case . spoke to a lady by the name of Phuti at the Bloemfontein branch 11 October and she practically told me there isnt much scorpion can help me with, it will take a very long time for them to get a court order and avise i must just pay the person back. i have mentioned timely that i am willing to pay her back how do i do that if my account is closed. i cant receive money into the account or access my account. she was very unhelpful and not willing to hear me out. her attitude and lack of interest was very unpleasant. i spoke to Ntabiseng on the 8 Monday who logged my case. she listened to me and understood my story i am extremely satisfied with how she handled the call. thank you Ntabiseng . Yesterday i spoke to Bonolo who also seemed to understand and wanted to try to see if she can try to speak to the lady and see if we can solve the matter but couldnt get hold of her. she explained to me at the end of the day she doesnt want to mislead me i owe her the money and need to pay her back. which i totally understand but now how do i do that if she is not willing to cooperate by undoing what she did to have my account closed wrongfully so with fabricated story that i defrauded her. i owe her money and did not defraud her,I explain i will pay it back . i am still waiting on Bonolo feedback email as she explain . Below is an email i send to Capitec and their response was the matter is still investigated : Good day I would like to escalate my complaint as i have not received acknowledgement receiving it and . as per your procedure and process i have followed your steps. I haven't been contacted within 24 hours to provide me with feedback since my last email on Monday regarding this matter. I am not satisfied with how this matter is handled, will you kindly escalate my complaint further. My account was stop due to suspected fraud .I had a dispute matter with this lady who reported my account that i apparently defrauded her by posing as a landlord. she fabricated a story and claimed she doesn't know me to have have my account closed.this lady and i had an agreement for her to take over the place i was renting. she paid money in my account in august which was for rent and deposit in exchange of taking over the place i was renting .now in October she claims that the landlord wanted deposit from her and our deposit we will get from him therefore she needs me to pay back her deposit. i explained to her i do have a problem with that we need to wait for him (landlord) to pay ours back the we will send hers back. so clearly this shows that she was not happy with that then she now goes to report my account after 3 months when issues regarding this issue and she requested that i defrauded her of rent money of the same place that she still staying at. which all this is a lie I have explained to her clearly that im not the landlord but only renting the room and looking for someone who can take over as i have found a better place that fits my needs. she was aware what i was offering her and was okay with it now she changes her story that i claimed and posed to be the landlord Now this has came as a great shock to me as she stated that i dont know her. how did she pay for rent if i dont know her? why is she still staying at the same place i used to live if i dont know her. where did she get the keys?we have met more than twice at my new place. my account is now stopped by capitec following a request from this lady. i was never contacted by capitec as my bank to question me regarding this matter . i can understand if the bank need to take steps to prevent fraud but in my case this is not fraud! i am inconvenienced as i am expected to receive a salary into my account and other transactions that needs to take place like debit orders. now its stopped? what am i expected to do now that i cant get paid money in my account and cant access my account? what about the debit orders that need to take place in my account? im told that the only way it can be solved is if we both go to do an affidavit. Im not in a position to go with to make an affidavit with her because we in a dispute and she is impossible to reason with her even after the police has intervene and told her to do so . i am prepared to make an affidavit myself with my side of story. its very unfair how capitec has treated me as customer. iam not happy with what has been done to me. i feel violated as a customer of capitec. im so frustrated that how am i expected to receive money to survive? i need this matter to be looked into seriously .yesterday we were both at the police station and we were told we need to refer this matter to small claims court as this is a civil matter between me and the lady that requested for my account to be stopped and even warned her that they can open a case of perjury against her. So what Capitec is saying is that if i am no longer happy with what i paid for i can simply report it as fraud. this is totally wrong . Im so upset. i have referred the matter to my lawyers regarding this lady.I didn't expect such from capitec, im so deeply disappointed. My account is in good standing and has no patterns of suspected fraud, its a long standing account, i have debit orders every month,i receive a salary every month, what should i do now???? . I called in twice yesterday when i realized that my account was stopped to the call center agent and i was advised that they will allow me to withdraw my salary then move to another bank...how if my account is stopped????. so this means should it be that its fraud i can go to do the same at another bank . i keep sending emails till today i haven't received any response till today. im the only one inquiry about the matter and only told the same thing. the same lady and the police both went to capitec branch yesterday where she denied ever requesting the bank to close my account due to fraud but only requested an amount of 3750 to be reversed. she claims this was never explained to her that my account is to be stopped due to suspected fraud. she is the one doing fraudulent claims of R3750 when that amount R2500 was paid in for rent and R1250 is what is owed to her. she keeps fabricating stories to a point this angered the police who involved in the case that she wanted to open a case of perjury against her.she has control over my account with fraudulent accusation to request my account to be stopped. what about my rights as a consumer.
