I was contacted telephonically and told about these amazing products and that for only R500 they would send me a introduction package as well as a gift voucher. Invoice arrived and I was charged R2507.00. I contacted them and after discussions and being told that I did not "listen/understand" I paid the invoice just to get them off my back. Fast forward 3 months later a double delivery gets dropped off at my work, I did not accept the package. Courier guy got rude, I then received a call from DSL saying that this was the balance of my order - no charge. Surprise surprise I received an invoice via email today for another R5773.00 for the delivery. I called, they will not put you through I had to leave a message. Rcvd a call back - I have to pay it, I am not allowed to return it. They will invoice me for another 2 x 5lts each (my 50% dicsount) and I can then pay that and only then can I return the other 2 x 4 5lts. Lets not forget about the courier charges. Tried calling again and was told I am not allowed anyones details as I might come there and k*ll them. I was shocked and horrified that a company thinks like that. All I wanted was to speak to someone who would listen and help. They will also not furnish me with a delivery address
