Utterly unprofessional

Had an unpleasant experience with two unprofessional technicians and their employer not interested in taking any responsibility for their actions. Tried to charge me for an extra hour because they did not check and record their time of arrival or when they actually started with the job. Also charged R350 for 'sundries and connectors' which couldn't be explained when I queried it. One only finds out of the R400 call out fee when the invoice is issued. Prepare to be exploited when using this business!
