Dstv signal doctor with an open order book without quote
Come to fix signal on Dstv. Through out the process I asked what the changes are and what it will cost with no replay other than the outside cable looks damaged and should be replaced.. The initial cost was R350 for callout (which should normally include 1 hour labor. This was also stated on the invoice). When they where done, they charge an extra R875 for labor which should have been covered by the call out and R250 for cable that is not even 1 meter long which should also be covered by call out. and then a charged for a new LNB, which was never said to be replaced or faulty and a bill of R3100. So from a transparency point on pricing is very unprofessional and makes the customer end up with a bill that might not be affordable. This after I asked evry step what it is going to cost extra

Shocking Service!!!
Absolutely shocking experience. Got told R400 for job, which include 10m cable and installation, then quoted me R9100 when onsite!!! When I declined the quote they told me I had to pay a R400 call out fee which was never advised when I had the initial call with them. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!

Shocking Service!!!

Had an unpleasant experience with two unprofessional technicians and their employer not interested in taking any responsibility for their actions. Tried to charge me for an extra hour because they did not check and record their time of arrival or when they actually started with the job. Also charged R350 for 'sundries and connectors' which couldn't be explained when I queried it. One only finds out of the R400 call out fee when the invoice is issued. Prepare to be exploited when using this business!

Dstv Signal doctor beware
Beware when using the company Dstv Signal Doctor they are rip offs. They charge you R475 for 1 dstv connector. They told me it R350 for a call out then charge R400. They told me that my labour would take 30 minutes at the cost of R400 per hour then they charged me R850 for 45 minutes. They make promises that they will come at a certain time and do not. Please be aware of this company.

BEWARE
The TV cable is still d****d across my roof, on the outside of the roof, in a straight line from the dish to the TV!!! Several calls with only arguments and I must pay upfront for more cable, although I paid for 43 metres and they only used about 20.

DISRESPECTFUL, LAZY, OVER CHARGERS.
If you do not mind the electric cable d****d ACROSS your roof, on the OUTSIDE , call these guys! Then, OVER the GUTTER! The shortest route from point A to B between the TV dish and the TV!! If you ask why, they say it is only A SMALL PROBLEM!!! They charged for 43m of cable, but as it went straight over the roof, they used only about 10m.

Be aware!!!!
This company are very eager to send technician with a callout fee. Technician jumps in without telling us what's getting done or giving a quote and then slams you with a ridiculous invoice without any room for negotiation. They quote parts with installation fee and labour separately???
