LTP Projects is a FRAUD!!!!!
This contractor came to my premises twice to valuate the job and send me written quotes twice. In March 2021 I paid over deposit to LTP Projects located in Pta. They started well but then after the second payment they didn't return to finish the job. After numerous calls and messages they came back but still didn't finish the job and they claim money is not enough. We got to a point where we started purchasing the material so we can just get the job done, so we know what the cost if of the material and there is more than enough money to do the job. The problem is he used the profit instead of buying material and now it's my problem. Andrew the owner presents himself as a pastor and honest but everything is a lie. Please don't ever use this contractor you will not get what you paid for and sit in a situation where you have to spend double just to get the job done.

HOW DO I CANCEL THIS THING???????
I've been trying since December 2020 to cancel this thing, and up until now nothing. Every month it just gets added to my bill. I've been sending email after email and Given Maseko just keeps on telling me he will send it through to the cancellations department but yet I'm still paying for it every month. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be aware!!!!
This company are very eager to send technician with a callout fee. Technician jumps in without telling us what's getting done or giving a quote and then slams you with a ridiculous invoice without any room for negotiation. They quote parts with installation fee and labour separately???

Can't Believe how bad the Service from Vodacom
I've been with Vodacom for 15 years and in February there was fraud committed on my contract, i informed Vodacom immediately and did an Affidavit with SAPD. We never hear anything from Vodacom if we don't phone them we get no feedback and when we phone the only answer we get is..... IT WITH FRAUD DEPARTMENT, please can you send us all the documents again. Please note that 7 SIM Swops has been done is this period of which we did 2 and this account was open for 3 months after we informed Vodacom of the fraud. Today 7 months later we phone, to follow up AGAIN and the response is that we must pay R13000 to open the account again. My question to vodacom is: The day we signed the upgrade we agreed that I pay X amount and you provide a service... So you STOPPED providing me with a service 7 months ago and refuse to assist ME your customer why should I pay for your mistake. I've requested cancellation quotes to move my account and you won't even assist me with that. Hopefully I will get a response from this or I'll be forced to approach my lawyer!!! O yes and my next e-mail is to Carte Blanche......

I put a claim in for new wooden floors due to toilet overflow 2 months ago. Once again claiming process is a dream and the contractor contacts me to do the work. Floors gets removed and 2 weeks later new floors starting to get fitted, after first day I phoned the contractor to stop and inform Outsurance not to pay as the floors are 2 colors and I'm not happy. Next day contractor arrive and complete the floors so we don't experience any discomfort while the factory comes out to check the floors. Mark from Traviata comes out, and let me know that his director will decide if it's acceptable..... Stuff what the customer think..... As expected they confirm the color difference is acceptable. Now I'm stuck with the floors and everyone's pulling up they're shoulders including Outsurance refering me to the Ombudsman if I'm not happy. I really felt very special everytime I dealt with Outsurance until now I understand that the company I refer to everyone and thought was awesome don't give a damn about me!!!!!! Thanks for opening my eyes, I must start shopping for insurance and make sure everyone I know also knows what they're in for when covered by Outsurance.
