DSV Delivery/MTN

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my MTN order with reference********. I have been waiting for the delivery since 14:00 today, but the driver only gave me a missed call and then cancelled the delivery without attempting to deliver the package.

This is extremely inconvenient and I had all the required documents ready for collection, and this unnecessary cancellation caused a lot of inconvenience. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and my delivery rescheduled without further delays.
