Absolutely disgusted with how Renault catches people with their warranty plans. I have a factory fault on my car that Renault refuses to fix because my warranty has expired, not because the time line has expired, but because I didn't do my second service with them (Service was done, just not with them). A person working for Renault told us that they were supposed to call us and let us know about the problem to fix their own error. Nobody phoned me to tell me anything. After speaking to the Manager at Helderberg Renault he now says that this was never the case, and the person working for their parts department DOESN'T work for him, so he is not responsible for what this person said. Even though this person works for Helderberg Renault in the parts department. This guy knowingly admitted that this was a factory error part that was placed in my car, and they now refuse to pay it.
