My experience with Jordaan Attorneys has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The original conveyancing documents were signed in May, but by 10 June 2025, I was informed that my documents had been lost by Ms. Webb, Mr. du Plessis, and Jordaan. I had to redo and re-sign everything, which caused unnecessary delays.
On 30 June 2025, R100,000 was to be held back for repairs, yet the registration went ahead without the repairs being completed. Additionally, on 3 July 2025, Odette Strydom omitted the COR14.1 form that still needed to be signed.
All of this caused significant delays in the registration process, leaving me unable to take proper occupation and facing unresolved repairs. Their lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable.
