AT OUR DARKEST HOUR - MICHAEL IS A HERO
I am so glad I found Du Toit's Mobile Auto in my team of need. It was 3am Saturday morning. My call was answered, and arrangement was made. Im sitting in Joburg and my team was stranded. Michael was nothing short of magical. He dropped everything and ran to our rescue; my team was stranded in Cape Town and a far way from home. Michael gave us regular updates during the course of Saturday and Sunday as well as giving my team on the ground advise on driving speeds and getting the most out of little H100 work horse. It really was very comforting, and I felt at ease as Michael as our newly appointed mechanic. By Sunday afternoon my team was able to make the long haul back to Jozi leaving Table Mountain in the rearview mirror. Our little H100 was in fantastic hands, and you Mr. Michael Du Toit are an angel sent from above!

Stay away!!
Please stay away from these people!! I spoke to an extremely disrespectful man named Michael, who threw the phone down in my ear several times. He started a job and could not finish it, then blamed it on the fact that he needs the car's owner's manual and eventually left our son stranded. Every time I confronted him, he had another excuse or threw the phone down. Oh, and this is after we paid him almost R3000 for a petrol pump for which we did not get an official invoice, and which is now useless. Do not use these people!

Extremely Disappointing Service – Overcharged and Refused Refund
I strongly do not recommend using Du Toits Mobile Auto (Pty) Ltd. My experience with them was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. They overcharged me for parts, charging well above market prices, and on top of that, they billed me for a part that they never supp****. Despite my repeated attempts to address this and request a refund, they have yet to refund me for the part.

They overcharged me for parts, charging well above market prices, and on top of that, they billed me for a part that they never supp****. Dishonest Mechanic - Overcharged, Poor Service, and No Refund - Avoid at all costs I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Du Toits. Not only did they overcharge me for some basic parts (200 - 300% mark up), but they also failed to provide a refund for a part that their supplier never even had in stock! When he initially checked my vehicle, he promised a quick and efficient solution, but after weeks of back-and-forth, my car's issue is still unresolved. On top of the inflated prices for the parts they did install, they charged me for a part which was essential for the repair, only to find out later that it was out of stock. Despite multiple calls, I have yet to receive a refund for this. The total lack of communication and accountability is shocking. I’m left feeling cheated and deeply dissatisfied. Avoid this place at all costs if you value honest service and transparency

They demand immediate payments, alleging that transferred funds do not appear in their bank account. Subsequently, they push for cash payments with promises of refunds upon verification of funds. However, they fail to reimburse the full amount after a few days and may even increase the originally quoted sum. Exercise extreme caution when engaging with them. Despite providing an estimate calculation, they refuse to issue a tax invoice. Despite agreeing to refund R1575 for a miscalculation, they later claimed that a friend provided a different bank account for the refund. This company's actions appear ********* at every turn. I sever ties with them completely and advise others to steer clear. Michael, I release myself from any further association with your business.

Not a great experience
Car had a leak in radiator/radiator hose. Michael contacted me and said that car would need a compression test for engine damage - R750. I said OK. He said engine needed repair and quoted R42000 ! That is way more than the car is worth. I said thanks but no thanks. Tried to start my car and found he hadn't put the spark plugs back in. Messaged him asking how to do this. Kept on replying that the engine needs to be repaired. No apology, no help. So R750 gave me a car in a worse stae than it was before. I dont know if this is a scam or he just genuinely doesn't give a damn. NB. I really dont know how to put the spark plugs back in. I was hoping for instructions so that I could talk my girlfriend through it - I can't do it as I have degenegative neuropathy.

Overcharged by uncaring attotneys
If you need help with CCMA case, dont go to these Attorneys. They really dont care about you. Only yout money. I got very little help, but the bill was big. And because i wasnt properly prepared for the case, and got bad advice, i received almost nothing after the case. It basically just covered the attorneys bill and i was almost in worst situation then. They totally overcharge.

And because i wasnt properly prepared for the case, and got bad advice, i received almost nothing after the case.
