Poor Service at Du Toitskloof Oumeul

I would just like to write a review on Du Toitskloof Oumeul regarding the poor service that we received on Motherday the 12/05/19. We arrived there approximately before 11:00 the morning coming from church in Worcester. On arrival with the boy sleeping we put him in the stroler and went to sit at the wooden table outside closest to the jungle gym due to the fact that our 3 year old girl loves playing and could not get to the jungle gym fast enough. We sat down for not even 2 minutes where a lady and 2 waiters came to us telling us that they are fully booked out for the day and that all the tables were reserved. They weren’t even interested to ask what we wanted to do there. We actually just wanted to drink a cup of coffee and maybe eat a peace of cake. No tables were marked at all reserved and it seemed like they just wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. We had to get up, go and call our daughter and leave. My wife felt very humiliated. I just could not understand that a restaurant like that could not accommodate people passing on a busy route like the old road going to Rawsonville and wanting to stop there. We’ve actually had 2 year end functions there before and I would recommend people not to support them due to there poor service.
