Unprofessional actions multiply when they are not addressed accordingly.

We thought it would be in the best interest to inform Du Toitskloof winery about one of their full time employees running his own business on the side while bad mouthing their company, members and CEO (on more than one occasion). This was purely to inform Du Toitskloof winery about unethical actions of one of their senior staff members. They responded poorly. The email did not even have a name at the bottom, so it could might as well have been the exact employee who we complained about. It is never a nice feeling to complain and we therefore feel that if 'Du Toitskloof management' prefer to stay anonymous, then we will not elaborate further.

We just feel that over all their service is not what it use to be. Good luck with your drunk staff at festivals and staff that bad mouth you. Maybe that was deserved?
