This was THE WORST claim experience I have ever had, and I have had a few. A job that they, the insurer and other service providers estimated at 10 working days has taken them 2 months. I say "taken them 2 months" with leniency because, as of writing this review, I still haven't received my vehicle (nor do I have any idea when I will receive it). So who knows how long they'll actually take. To add to that, the communication is horrible. You try to email them to find out what is going on with your vehicle, and they simply ignore you and take 4 business days to respond. When they do finally respond, they usually do so with blatant lies. They told me my vehicle was assembled and now in polishing. I asked for pictures, they took 3 days to send me a picture from the back (my vehicle only had damages in the front) - this was an obvious attempt to hide the fact that they *****edly **** about the progress. The vehicle was evidently still far from polishing. After I demanded proper pictures of the damaged area, these lies became clear. And this happened more than once. They later told me the vehicle is assembled and has moved into the wash-bays. I demanded another picture, and of course, this didnt come easily, but eventually they sent one, and I learnt that this was, once again, a lie, as the vehicle looked almost no different to the previous week. I have explicitly called them out on their lies and feedback that contradicts the pictures, yet they have shown no signs of caring and continue to operate like a fly-by-night operation. As I write this review, today marks a month since the date they said I'd get my vehicle back. In this time, they have not made any attempt to explain the delays to me, the paying customer. I have had to spam their emails and wait for days for them to respond.. Yet, they still have not given me any ETA. I have asked for an ETA probably 10 times now, and they have flat out ignored my requests. This is a corporation of incompetence, lies, horrible communication and poor customer satisfaction. I would never ever come back here nor recommend these ****** to anyone. If you want professionalism, honesty and peace of mind, please do yourself a HUUUUUUUGE favour and look elsewhere.

On Wednesday the 26th of June 2024, I received a call from Dube Autobody informing me that the vehicle was ready for collection only to get there to find it like that. Prince assisted me and promised that the vehicle would be done by Thursday 27th of June after that it would go to quality assessment, and I would get a call which I did on Friday the 28th of June. On Thursday the 4th of July 2024 I went to Dube Autobody only to find the vehicle in the same state that it was on the 26th of June, and what made me angry was Prince telling me that he would speak with the assessor to find out if the vehicle was not in that state when it came to Dube Autobody. Alfred, I am not happy with the service I am experiencing from Dube Autobody, can you please resolve this today. I just called the workshop now and the vehicle is still not ready, I have paid the tow truck to collect the vehicle and it is on its way. the vehicle was collected however the bonnet fitted on the car is not the correct one, when driving I get a warning message that the bonnet is opened. I have spoken to Prince, he inspected the car on the 13th of July. my biggest concern is whether the car was inspected by quality control before releasing. On Thursday the 18th I was at Dube Auto Body to check if the new bonnet fit, and it did fit. Prince told me they will paint it and I must bring the car on Friday the 19th when I called he said they are still fixing the “Dent” which I don’t understand because he told me that they would fit a new bonnet. On Saturday the 20th of July I called Prince again for him to tell me he will call me on Monday. I am trying so hard not to assume why I am subjected to this mediocre service from Dube Auto Body, I doubt this is how you handle all your clients.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Dube Auto Body. My car was sent for repairs at the beginning of April following an accident. Despite numerous inquiries and several visits to check on the status of my vehicle, I have been continuously misled with false promises regarding the completion date. As of now, my car remains in the stripping phase, and no significant progress has been made. The only response I have received from the staff at Dube Auto Body is that they are waiting for parts. This delay is unacceptable, as I rely heavily on my vehicle for daily activities. I desperately in needof an immediate intervention to expedite the repair process. It is imperative that my car is repaired promptly and that I am kept informed of any further developments.

I was referred to the Dube Autobody by my Insurer (Momentum), it took them more than a month to order parts, my car is not yet fixed. I am extremely disappointed with their service, very unprofessional.

Exceptional service !! Friendly and efficient and went out of the way to help and accommodate. Great staff. Highly recommend. So refreshing to deal with a company that really cares , especially in this industry. Thank you !!
