I summited a claim with discovery after I was ****** at my house on the 25th of September, my claim is being handled by Celeste Ndlovu my claim is still not finalized, I have been calling Celeste and she keeps on giving me stories, I am so disappointed with Discovery today is 8th of October and still I am the one calling them for updates, they dont even communicate with me, I am convinced Discovery inure is a ****.
On Wednesday the 26th of June 2024, I received a call from Dube Autobody informing me that the vehicle was ready for collection only to get there to find it like that. Prince assisted me and promised that the vehicle would be done by Thursday 27th of June after that it would go to quality assessment, and I would get a call which I did on Friday the 28th of June. On Thursday the 4th of July 2024 I went to Dube Autobody only to find the vehicle in the same state that it was on the 26th of June, and what made me angry was Prince telling me that he would speak with the assessor to find out if the vehicle was not in that state when it came to Dube Autobody. Alfred, I am not happy with the service I am experiencing from Dube Autobody, can you please resolve this today. I just called the workshop now and the vehicle is still not ready, I have paid the tow truck to collect the vehicle and it is on its way. the vehicle was collected however the bonnet fitted on the car is not the correct one, when driving I get a warning message that the bonnet is opened. I have spoken to Prince, he inspected the car on the 13th of July. my biggest concern is whether the car was inspected by quality control before releasing. On Thursday the 18th I was at Dube Auto Body to check if the new bonnet fit, and it did fit. Prince told me they will paint it and I must bring the car on Friday the 19th when I called he said they are still fixing the “Dent” which I don’t understand because he told me that they would fit a new bonnet. On Saturday the 20th of July I called Prince again for him to tell me he will call me on Monday. I am trying so hard not to assume why I am subjected to this mediocre service from Dube Auto Body, I doubt this is how you handle all your clients.
FNB defer swipes on the MY FNB account, change transaction dates on the bank statement, and bring back those deferred swipes (transactions) to a date where I have a low balance in my account so that the account can be on a negative for FNB to maximize of this *****ulent charges called #Excess Item fee. Knowing that whenever there are no funds in the account no card purchase would have gone through. FNB please reverse my R310.
