Request for Warranty Replacement/Refund of Broken Sunglasses

I am extremely disappointed in Dubery Sunglasses customer service. I purchased there sunglasses via Takealot as a gift for my boyfriend in October 2023. Unfortunately February 2024 the sunglasses handle at the hinge broke off completely, it is not repairable. The sunglasses was purchased approximately 4 months ago and are still covered under the 6 month warranty. I have reached out to them via email and their automated online support and no one has gotten back to me since then. What is the point of having warranty on your items, with such poor customer service.
