Colour Not as Advertised & Frustrating Customer Service Experience

I purchased the “Tartan x Champagne Classic Jacket” expecting the champagne tone shown on the website. The jacket I received was significantly darker, with a strong olive tone, even under multiple lighting conditions. I provided photos to illustrate the difference.

While the jacket itself seemed well made overall, there was also what appeared to be loose stitching on the back of one shoulder. My main issue remained that the product did not match the advertised colour. Unfortunately, my interactions with customer service were frustrating. The representative focused on minor, unrelated points I’d mentioned in passing and initially ignored my main concern. The process for arranging a return was unnecessarily drawn out, and I was required to cover the return shipping cost despite the item not matching the description.

This experience has put me off purchasing from Duck Apparel again. I recommend that potential buyers double-check colour expectations before ordering and be prepared for a tedious return process if the product is not as advertised.
