Poor Customer Service

I ordered a pink puffer jacket that was advertised as light pink, but when it arrived it had a more orange tint. I returned it immediately. Before contacting them, I checked their own return policy, which clearly states that sale and promotional items can be refunded in full if returned within the 7-day cooling-off period. However, when I reached out, I spoke to someone named Jeanriëtte and was told that no refunds were allowed on sale items and that I could only get an exchange or store credit. Only after I quoted their policy was I told a refund would be processed “once received.” I also had to pay for my own return shipping. While I appreciate finally being granted the refund, I don’t like being misled or given conflicting information. The experience left me feeling deceived and frustrated, and I won’t be shopping here again.

They also only show 5 star reviews on their website so their reviews are very manipulated.
