Where do I begin.......We have invoices outstanding since 2016. I have phoned them so often I know the numbers and extentions without even looking it up. I phone everyday and everyday it is the same old story - funds have not been allocated. We are a small hotel and cannot carry this debt. Please could Duma Travel just pay us.

Please could you let us know who you have been dealing with and which invoices are outstanding. Please email either Tina Collins (tina .collins@dumatravel.co.za) or Lynette (lynette@ladwriting.co.za). Once we have this information we will conduct a full investigation in order to resolve this matter as efficiently as possible.
