Scammers

I v been using their payday loan service in 2020 and have paid them on time till i went into arears die to retrenchment. When i got my provident fund I asked for a settlment quote which I paid same day. Few days later they email me saying I need to pay areas which i did not understand why but I paid the same day of reiceiving email. Today, I get an email again saying I must settle my account which I settled twice a month ago.
