Dunami - No contact details. No response. They will continue to take your money!
Good day I want to know why Dunami Direct keeps on piling outstanding amounts to my debt via my Hyphen payments. Please refer to enclosed Hyphen statements of 15 May; 19 June 2022 and 05 July 2022: 15 May – Outstanding amounts: Dunami Direct: R2 814.09 Payment: R3 000 on 25 May 2022 and allocated as follows: R514.25 allocated to Dunami Direct 19 June – Outstanding amounts: Dunami Direct: R2 688.12 Payment: R3 000 on 24 June 2022 and allocated as follows: R1 011.27 to Dunami Direct 05 July – Outstanding amounts: Dunami Direct: R1 727.16 - HOW???? I am this close to refer Dunami to my lawyer to investigate as well as the Ombud. This can't be right. I have been paying them for an incredibly small loan since 2020?

I v been using their payday loan service in 2020 and have paid them on time till i went into arears die to retrenchment. When i got my provident fund I asked for a settlment quote which I paid same day. Few days later they email me saying I need to pay areas which i did not understand why but I paid the same day of reiceiving email. Today, I get an email again saying I must settle my account which I settled twice a month ago.

I v been using their payday loan service in 2020 and have paid them on time till i went into arears die to retrenchment. Paid Up but Credit History Not Updated
Loans paid up early this but my credit history has not been updated. My name is not even cleared on their side

Pathetic delays that cost clients time and money.
I had taken a personal loan with them and due to the covid 19 lockdown and financial constraints i went into arrears. Once i was back on my footing i paid them and all other creditors. Every other creditor has submitted my paid up letters and cleared what i owed but dunami loans has not. This does not help me as i need to move forward. Today i call them and nothing but pathetic excuses. All they do is drag their feet. My advice to people, do not use them at all.

Unfair discrimination in Government Lock Down
This is a company NO one should deal with , during this uncertain time and the Lock Down as per government although it was a no work wait for UIF money situation for most in SA these people got their money was kept updated received their payments helped me again got their money as I am back at work so they received their last loan repayment they al of a sudden decide to discriminate against the fact they did not receive their payment in time while I was on forced leave but does admit they did receive it though a few days late they also admit that after this incident they loaned me money again and got it on time the 29/05/2020 this morning they decide to discriminate seriously who needs people and companies like you ?

Horrible Sharks
The service is horrible. I've settled my debts however my credit profile is still not updated. Check all the REVIEWS on HelloPeter everybody is complaining about their credit history. Getting your payment updated is a mission. I owed R2100 and so far I've paid R2900. I've paid over and above what I owed but my credit history is been messed up. GUYS NEVER EVER TAKE A LOAN WITH DUNAMI IF YOU DON'T WANT STRESS.

Horrible Sharks
