Pathetic delays that cost clients time and money.

I had taken a personal loan with them and due to the covid 19 lockdown and financial constraints i went into arrears. Once i was back on my footing i paid them and all other creditors. Every other creditor has submitted my paid up letters and cleared what i owed but dunami loans has not. This does not help me as i need to move forward. Today i call them and nothing but pathetic excuses. All they do is drag their feet. My advice to people, do not use them at all.
