No care in the world for no one at boncap bonitas
Tired to the bone of begging these people to do what they take their monthly money for you must phone them and it cost you over a R100.00 airtime to try and get authorization that is urgent then they still don't help you !!! You want authorization for a specialist but the general specialist department want to put you through to hospitalisation this gives me high blood pressure to try and explain and they dont care of it is urgent !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bonitas the non payment Scheme
Do not ever get any medical fund from Bonitas they are a none payment entity I am still paying of on loans with a debt of R25555.40 for last year in medical Bills with these rogues and this year 2025 I am already on debt of R5200.00 they are the worst of the worst !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have doctors on their list yet they do not pay they pay almost no medication over R10.00 so know you will be in big debt with these rogues !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All round bad service each department
I cant get my head around the all round bad service from each department at Bonitas/Boncap creditors Controller Annira ****an there is not even a missed call on one of my phones but you tried calling me you send a statement without any explanation but it clearly shows a minus as I asked a bookkeeper to take a look at it that is credit owed to me _R-4424-32 you do not even reply to your emails very unprofessional neither do you answer your phone seriously dont know how people can earn a salary but only do quarter of the job

Boncap Bonitas seriously you can not even get communications correct to me you email 2 diiferent dates of when the treatment ends and still 3 months down the line you have not helped with the medication but you expect the treatment to work ???????????????

Bonitas don't care CEO and bankruptcy
Last year I did a few reviews regards to my experience this year all I can say is stay away from this medical fund if you don't want to bankrupt your family things just go from bad to worse weeks on end no medication fighting for medication doctors authorization false hope and a CEO that does apparently not care about members and their complaints he will rather block your emails then help you so that is a very nice gesture you showed your worth MR CEO

Want to loose your home join Bonitas Medical Scheme
So Boncap Bonitas medical fund could care less if you loose your home due to their inability to look after their Scheme Members , when you sent yor complaints directly to the CEO a consultant phones you to say its no Use informing the CEO as he doesn't take notice of customers or member complaints so he is just there then to fill the schemes pockets is my question number one , then 4 weeks my husband still has no medication for a serious matter they don't pay for the neurologist and they give you a physician of their choice who then refuses to complete necessary forms for the UIF so they and those contracted to them don't care if the scheme member ends op on the street or eats as long as they can fill up their pockets I am at this scheme by force and wanted to leave last year but was told then I pay my own full medical how do these people sleep at night ?? Knowing that they are the cause of other people going hungry or loosing their homes I would like the CEO to answer me on this
