My complaint: 1. New client with WebAfrica (slowly starting to regret it). 2. Only communicates via whatsappweb. Any human interaction makes as if it was clients fault. 3. Ordered Vumatel via WebAfrica on Monday. Had option to pay R249 immediately via 'pay now' option as to not to wait to order installation. 4. For contacted for installation and confirmed date of installation for 5 Jan @ 10am on the 21st. Now today, the 22nd, I receive notification from WebAfrica that I dis not pay the R249 and that installation is on hold. I used the 'pay now' option on my app/website that would be immediate, instead of debiting my accou t which would delay the order. I WORK FROM HOME!!!!!!!!!!!! Thus this is urgent. I speak to 'Jameson' on WhatsApp web, as heaven forbid WebAfrica makes an agent available to talk via phone directly. He does not care. Does not go the extra mile. Tells me it has to reflect in 5 working days, which means WebAfrica will debit me again. What is happening with the service levels in SA????? I am appalled by this process when indeed I did everything possible to speed it up. Thank you for everything WebAfrica. Truly. Thank you.
I just paid R91 for a medium Mexican pizza...when I got home (as it was a take away) I was taken aback with how badly stingy this establishment was with the toppings. If I tell you it's bad...it was REAL bad.. I took photos. Debonairs and Romans give more toppings and you pay half the price...I am shocked. Never again Del Forno. Ie. Groenkloof branch. Wow....it's horrible how one gets done in.
Am worried as it is stated on my online log in that payment was made on 27 September yet nothing received as yet. Debicheck was approved as well yesterday. If no payment by midnight tonight, I will have to refer to Ombudsman. Thanks
I have had enough. This NIMBLE account is on my ITC. One phones 021 830 0750 and they constantly cut the call with ' Account reference 7000100110014138019. I have cleared all my accounts and yet Nimble continues to have me on my ITC record. I have contacted RCS.. Edgars.. Edgars accounts and they all come back with the same answer: WE DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT FOR YOU WITH THIS REFERENCE NOR ANY MONEY OWED. I have had enough Nimble. You guys are making my life horrible! I can't get credit anywhere because of your ITC reflection on my account. I am now getting my lawyer involved. AND YOU WILL COVER EVERY SINGLE COST INVOLVED IN THIS CASE AS I KEPT EVERY RECORD OF COMMUNICATION. You are horrible.
Nimble account - 7000100110014138019. Good day I need Nimble to remove this account as all accounts are paid up as per this clearance certificate issued already in 2022. My Edgars account has been paid up. I have a new Edgars account now but it bears no relation not the old one. Failing to remove this will conclude a complaint with the NCR as well as having my lawyer sue you for negligence. This impacts my ITC profile and I will go all the way with this – on every single Social media platform. Thank you
What a horrible first experience with RSAWeb!! It seems that no service provider in SA can actually live up to expectation. Paid the R600-odd rand for my UPS and to get fibre installed. This was on 25 Sept. Still nothing installed yet, as they just can't seem to get it right, and to top it off, they deducted another R600 from my account even though I am not using Fibre yet? Fun times for RSA Web. Been battling to get this refunded for about 2 weeks now. Jade at RSAWeb not being of much help either. It is so dissapointing to have your hopes up with a service provider only to be let down. Well done RSAWeb - you truly did not exceed expectations. Thanks
