Just bought R20 blue voucher using *134*20083#, not received but charged R22 for it. And it's not for the first time even if I buy airtime...last time I bought R15 airtime which I didn't receive but not reported it.I want my money back or my voucher

****med of the R30 airtime I have bought via their App
I have bought R30 airtime on the 27 January 2025 via App, even today I never received that airtime. I lodged the complain the same and they promised to resolve the problem within 3 days but today is the fifth day without any feedback. Capitec is operating like the ****mers......I want that airtime or reverse that money back to the account even though it is too little.

I want my money back by today
Made a deposit of R200 today morning around 12 am using Capitec pay (ozow), but even now my account has not been credited yet. What they tell me is that they have escalated the matter to the relevant department. I want my money back. I did also send you the proof of purchase but you don't want payback the money or credit my account

RCS send me an SMS to buy airtime and stand a chance to spin and win. I did that and spin and win c connect SIM card+ 300 min + 5gb which I have won twice and even today I didn't receive a call to confirm address for delivery. And today morning I have bought R20 airtime and R30 airtime which I did not receive even now. Is this RCS **** or what?

False credit estimation
how is this credit estimation works cos on Monday I estimated for credit facility and yesterday I received a call, they also requested settlement letters from dunami and capfin to settle it first but after that I received an SMS saying my application is unsuccessful. I was qualifying for credit limit of R10000. why?
