My account is in arrears and I've send an email requesting an extension 7 days ago and I have not received any response. Need to know where I'm standing. I explained on the email that my car broke down and had to take it in for repairs. Hence I reversed the July debit order. Please call anytime before 11am
I spoke to someone in the morning. I was told that a technician will come through and I've been waiting for a technician in Centurion. I can't spend the whole day in the house. I only signed up today and hope there's 14 days cooling off to cancel.
I'm not happy with the service so far. I have panic button in my car. When I press it no response whatsoever. It's been giving me problems since last year. I called last week Saturday after I pressed it few times even during without response. I was told that they can't pick up the signal and a technician will be sent through. I've been waiting and it's almost a week.
My experience with the bank is bad. The service is bad and you hardly get feedback. Anyway, I moved to another bank because I explained and wrote letters to Standabank that my circumstances has changed and I can't afford to pay the loan. Requested my cheaque account to be closed. It was not closed and each and every month there's service fees and other fees. They making my situation worse. Now I owe over 3k on my cheaque account on fees only.

Was at Spur lifestyle Centurion earlier and my experience was horrible. Slow service and oily breakfast. Served by someone that's still training and there was no one to assist him. I don't think I will ever set my foot there

I get to the gyn and I'm told I owe R40. Every month there's charges and stuff. My experience with them is horrible. I was told someone in customer service will call me with regards to their billing issues. I'm still waiting
My experience with Axxess is horrible. I placed an order on the 19th of April and I'm still waiting. I waited a week for them to debit my account then I'm told to wait another 10 days. It takes 3 weeks to get a Sim card. Their service is shocking
MOH691.... Waiting till rapture. My banking details were incorrectly captured at point of sale. Not impressed at all. Meaning my order my take longer than anticipated
