Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend

I recently stayed at this estate, and it was a complete letdown. The management was terrible. Communication was practically non-existent, and I received no response when I tried to reach out for assistance. It was incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re hoping for a relaxing getaway.

As for cleanliness, it was worse than I expected. The house was dirty, and there were stains on the furniture and bedding. The floors hadn’t been swept, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. It felt like no effort was put into maintaining the property, and it was incredibly off-putting.

Overall, the lack of proper management and poor cleanliness completely ruined our stay. It’s a shame because the location had potential, but I can’t overlook the basic level of service and cleanliness that was missing. I would not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve these areas.
