Dunlop Tires terrible service!!!

Hi I went to the Daveyton branch… they refused to give me any information on who I could contact. I then contacted the Benoni Express branch which the man whom I spoke to offered to escalate the query. I’ve emailed your head office too and my email hasn’t been responded to. I called your head office and was put through to a non existent line.

Also to protect the identities of involved persons I’ve made this next part private. 

I dealt with a Jabu and Sibusiso at the Daveyton branch (I believe Jabu was the one who did the alignment). I was told that according to your policy an alignment is not done when after the inspection there are broken/run down parts however the Daveyton crew still went ahead with the alignment without bringing said issues up. When I took the car for a realignment after them I was told that tires weren’t properly secured and were visibly skew. This called for a CV joint replacements and a few other parts. Their recklessness caused an expensive and time consuming consequence. That is a hazard and safety risk for a medium distance driver like myself. 

After the unsatisfactory service I had spoken to a Daniel at the Benoni Express branch who was the person that offered to escalate the query. I followed up to no avail. 

I called your head office this morning as well and was advised to resend the email I had previously sent to a different address at Dunlop.
