Frustatred and disappointed

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of a warranty claim regarding Duram Roofcote Graphite paint, purchased from Mica Three Rivers in December 2023. By December 2025, the paint began peeling significantly from my roof tiles. I reported this to Mica immediately. Despite being told that Duram would investigate after January 20, 2026, I have faced nothing but delays and repetitive questioning. Instead of Duram contacting me directly to inspect the site, I am being bombarded with administrative questions via Mica regarding receipts and application methods. As of today, February 17, 2026—two months after my initial report—I have yet to receive a single phone call or visit from a Duram technical representative.
