Mark Fouche and his company is a ****. I have paid upfront as requested as per past dealings. I made the payment in October. He has been giving me excuses for November, Desember and January. Now it seems like he vanished from the surface of the earth. None of his phones are working etc. Be warned dealing with Mark Fouche

Used Duramaster for outdoor blinds 4 years ago. The zips became a bit sticky. Again used Mark to assist with getting the zips back on track. Still a very good product. Mark had to jump over some hoops to assist us, but he came through. Thanks Mark

I am sorry but I don't think this company deserves even 1 star. The service received was totally appalling. We initially decided to use Duramaster because of all the good reviews. We were in for a rude surprise. First my husband had to phone the office 4 times before Mark called back for the quote. We should have known even then that this was the kind of service we can expect from the company. Then an appointment was made for Mark to come do the quote and the time was pushed back 3 times until he showed up late the Saturday afternoon after the arrangement was made for 12h00. A whole Saturday waiting. So now it comes to the installation. For some reason on the Tuesday Mark send my husband photo's of problems with their vehicle, although the installation in scheduled for the Friday. Probably have to start early with the excuses. Friday we get a photo the tyre of the vehicle is flat, so the installation gets pushed to 14h00. Now the team is delayed and will be there 15h30. 16h00 we phone to ask what is going on, mark will get back to us but doesn't. Try to phone Mark but he keeps diverting the calls. The office is open until 17h00 so I phone the office. They will get back to us. Mark sends a sms stating the team will be there in a couple of minutes. Friday evening, we are braaiing and the team shows up after 17h00. But when they start with the installation the blinds are all wrong. Suppose to have a window and a window on the door yet the door has no window. My husband told them take it down and take it back. I am not paying for this. Mark quickly speak to the installers on the phone and assures it is his fault and they will rectify. We are assured it will be installed on the Tuesday by 14h00. No surprise the time get pushed back, Mark is not available for any calls and even the office is closed as no one answered the phone at 16h50. Installation team shows up 17h15. I will never recommend this company with this level service. There is no service and no feedback. You have to pay for the blinds an get excuses and then installers arrive at the most inconvenient times.

I’ve been doing business with Duramaster Outdoor for many years, and I can tell you this: each time I’ve had to have some work done, I’m amazed at the quality of work, professionalism, and helpfulness from them. Nowhere, and I mean nowhere, have I found the type of customer care that Duramaster has provided me with. They are always willing to go the extra 1,60934km. Thanks again Mark, and members of your team (Amos and Wiseman), who have been out here in the Bundus, and who have once again delivered yet another shining example of what customer service is supposed to be.

Brand Distributor, DuroBlinds of DuroMaster - Pathetic thieving business! After a 100% DEPOSIT of R1555 was paid to Brand Distributor Mark Fouche of DuroBlinds, at the beginning of December 2024 for a minor adjustment to an outdoor patio canvas tent to Tony and Lilian Texeira (two 80 year old clients), is STILL waiting for a reply and for the work to be done. Mark Fouche of DuroBlinds distributor for DuroMaster ‐ shameful and pathetic service!!!

Poorly fitted blinds with zero after sales service ! So I chose to go with Dura master / Mark Fouche after reading the great reviews on hellopeter. Initially Mark was great giving lots of attention sending WhatsApp’s every 5 minutes confirming appointments, sounded lovely le he a great knowledge and convincing they have the best installers. The pricing seems good ( but you get what you pay for ) and they ask you to trust them by paying 100% upfront for a discount. ( well I won’t make that mistake again ) - the blinds were not correctly measured and do not fit The zips don’t close or are stretched to almost breaking point There is a hole cut for a gutter pipe that is so big you could fit 3 gutters in it ( after I was assured their fitters were experts and it would be an excellent fit ) - and now they have been paid and my blinds are a mess The overly attentive Mark has disappeared. No brilliant follow ups , no sight of the job being corrected , just the occasional empty promise and no service. - unfortunately according to Mark the materials and colours can’t be matched even by them to fix what they did not install correctly so I will now have to take legal action to try get a refund and find a professional installer to re do the job
