Extremely Unhappy and Disgusted

I had a consultation with Debbie Joffe to remove sun damage from my face,the consultation was all of 3 minutes,she never touched my face and looked from a distance .I mentioned I had had Fraxel before and was told I had alot underlying the surface.She said IPL would be better and guaranteed me it would all come off.I was given prices of R3580 for peels and informed I had to have them for better results.The IPL she charged me R2400 per session and was going to have four session.After the Peels I received a special from another Laser Clinic via email and informed Debbie via text I was going to go to the other clinic as it was much cheaper,she then agreed to do the IPL for the special price and I paid R6560 for 5 sessions.I was told I needed to purchase her special creams at a price of R1950 or I would not get the results I wanted.I have since learnt I only needed Vitamin C serum and not all these other products as I have done research. I have now completed my IPL sessions and still have many of the marks on my face,I sent Debbie and Chantal the lady that did my IPL a message via whatsapp and signal to say the marks were still all over my face and that I am not happy with the results and gave them a chance to respond and to date I have heard absolutely nothing.I am really disgusted as I have spent over R13000 and not once in the 10 weeks I have been going there for my treatments have I laid eyes on Debbie since the consultation.I know she does clients and you would think she would have an interest in the outcome of the treatment and to make sure her clients are happy instead of fobbing them off to other staff members and having no interest whatsoever in seeing the outcome of the procedures.It is a case of take the money and that is it.Things should not be guaranteed especially for that price and you can not produce the results promised .I have also since found out that IPL is supposed to be done by a qualified dermatologist or a trained nurse.
