Worst laser experience at Durban Cosmetic Laser Clinic in Morningside.

Hellopeter I have had the qorst experience of my life at this laser clinic. I have spent almost 3k and the laser has not worked since day one my hair has grown back the next day after laser and I know this is not how laser works as I have previously been for laser. I've been an unhappy client since the first day and raised this with the owner Debbie. She offered me no solutions and basically wasted my time and refused to give me a refund despite the treatments not working and she has not been helpful but rather arrogant. She then scheduled an appointment with me and did not attend the meeting, she has not followed up with me and refuses to meet again. Very very unprofessional and disappointing for the amount of money I have spent and I deeply regret purchasing so many treatments at once. I would definitely say find another laser clinic as the owner is arrogant and will not assist you should she be challenged.
