Total kaos from the ushers for the cocomelon show , they can't handle the disgruntled guests , like myself spending 700 per ticket including for my 20month old to be in front only to be seated at the back This is so disappointing I'm beyond shocked

We as vendors at the Durban ICC are frustrated and agitated due to the aircons not working. We have had ample complaints from customers that they can not shop due to the extreme temperatures in the exhibition center. We as vendors have complained several times about the aircons and are losing sales due to the customers leaving because they finding the heat too much too handle. There are several tik tik videos going viral advicing people not to attend the Summer souk this year due to the temperatures in the ICC.

this is a public facility and it should be opened to the public and not barricaded like a military base by aggressive and brutal guards.Gate A must be opened so people can walk through to the Hilton hotel.

I am very disappointed at the terrible level of unprofessionalism I have experienced at the Durban ICC information desk ( black shubby lady)and Baobab cafe. I am a regular customer that visit the cafe almost three times a week for meetings and lunch while I do my work, but recently they have changed the WiFi pass and they refuse to share it me and to my understanding the WiFi password is free to all guest that are inside the ICC. They sent me up and down from the cafe to the information desk to ask for the WiFi password but no one wanted to assist me . This is really disrespectful and rediculous.

On Friday 29 May was our Company Service Awards at the Durban ICC. I was to be collecting my 15th Year award.

As I got o the top of the escalator my shoe broke. Two of the ICC ladies that were on the floor at the time, saw me stumble and asked if I was okay. They Ushered my husband and I over to a bench to assess what had happened. I told them my shoe had just broke. One of the ladies insisted that I take her shoes. I was so embarrassed that my shoe broke and that someone was offering their shoes to me that I didn't even get your name. Thank you so much for going the Extra mile, I only wish that I had gotten your name.
