We booked online, based on a photo on the website. No problem with booking process. On arrival we were HORRIFIED - the room is so old, the bed base was broken, the room was smelly (just an old and unkempt smell) - the email booking said that there would be a hairdryer and based on this I didn't bring my own. NO hairdryer. They told me that nowhere does it state hairdryer. I showed them my booking and they didn't know what to do. It was also stated that there is a restaurant on the premises which was the main reason we chose them as we had an early start the next day. Guess what - no restaurant, we were told to go 'South Beach' !!! Imagine - where all the crime happens. NO mini-bar as advertised. The sheets felt damp the same way the room smelled. We went to reception and just told them that we could not stay under those circumstances. I would like my money back. They need to update their photos and what they say you get. When we handed the key in, they didn't offer a room change, money back, nothing. They just sat there and looked at us. SHOCKING.
