I'm so fed up of complaining of power outages in bonela its become so frustrating coz when you call the call center u have to be on the phone for over 30 minutes and the I idiot answer & then call cuts & phone again same waiting times so when u get connected the same old story & when you do follow ups 1st 1 will give you 1 answer & after few hours 2nd follow up 2nd answer is totally different so the way I look at it most of this call center agents are put by relatives but being honest some agents are so clued up & very good attitude they say I'll check for you put you on hold & come back and give detailed feedback but some are arrogant & bad attitude when you email a fault you get replies after 3/4 days with a reference no. that's already expired our municipality has failed us time & time again the problem starts from the top if the head is corrupt & lazy then it's obvious the rest of the body will follow & area councilors are useless do sweet **** all so Mr president please get rid of this assholes you put there get people who are for people not to enrich themselves the ethekwini electricity department are pathetic ****s
