Great work, outstanding service

I felt obligated to send this review. Our 6 meter high retaining wall collapsed on two occasions. I called Durban Retainer Walls to give a quotation because i was looking for a professional company to do this job this time. Sean Brown came to our premises. He issued a quotation the following day. I felt the price was a bit high but Sean explained how the costing works. His team arrived on site and very professional and courteous. I have to say they worked professionally from day one. Half way through the project, Sean explained that he needed to change the design as the soil conditions were very soft. I agreed and they continued to complete the project. It did take 3 days longer that anticipated, but the professionalism. with which they worked and the way i was kept informed was outstanding to say the least. I would highly recommend Durban Retainer Walls as my experience with Sean and his team is commendable.
