Horrible Experience
I have sent my television for repairs and the parts were not available, called to check on the Tv and all I ever get is just bad response. I had misplaced my Job ticket but they are not helpful at all, I get promised to be contacted but I never get the call back and when I call nobody is willing to assist me.

Horrible Experience

Electronics disaster
<p> <br /> <br />DURBAN TV<br /> Address: 795 UMGENI ROAD DURBAN<br /> City of Durban</p> <p> </p> <p>WORST servic e EVER.... they take your money after sitting on the issue for a WHOLE MONTH. Had to go pick up my cd unit in pieces, it is in worse condition than before. If you want service with a real bad attidude, go to Durban TV... you may as well throw your equipment into the trash, and be worse off financially.</p>
