WASHING MACHINE
I have an old Kelvinator front loader washing machine that was bought in 1991. I thought it was on its last legs as the performance had gone down noticeably. I phoned Mark on 0725717390 and his men collected the machine and gave it a new lease on life, it now works like brand new again. Mark is also on Whatsapp. I recommend their service 100%

Aluminium and maintenance projects - proglassprojects.co.za
Four months after having new aluminum windows fitted, I found that two of the window latches were becoming very loose. I contacted the company, and informed them about this at the end of January 2018. Since then I have been given empty promises that they will fix the problem but nothing to date. I am told they are in meetings etc. I will now have to find someone else to fix the latches, as they seem to be so loose now to the point of coming right off. Proglassprojects have NO after service care for their customers, and you can whistle while you wait and wait, and NOTHING will come of it. VERY disapointed with their service, and I do not recommend them, as if something is defective, you are going to just have to live with it.

Disappointed with Samsung
I bought a brand new Samsung 24" computer monitor on the 23th January 2016, and exactly two years later, the screen is showing an ugly dark green colour. I have never known a PC monitor to have such a short life. I have now bought a second hand Dell Monitor which I am sure will last longer than the Samsung. The only reason I gave the rating 2 and not 1 is because their TVs seem to be quite good, but as far as their computer monitors are concerned, I would steer clear and look for any other make. I had a Proline monitor for about 4-5 years, and gave that away to a friend when I needed a bigger size, and that Proline is STILL working for another 4-5 years down the line. Monitors are supposed to last, and Samsung has failed miserably on this front. NOT a happy customer!

Electronics disaster

Had to go pick up my cd unit in pieces, it is in worse condition than before. If you want service with a real bad attidude, go to Durban TV... you may as well throw your equipment into the trash, and be worse off financially.</p>

<p>DURBAN TV & APPLIANCE REPAIR CENTRE IS THE WORST PLACE YOU COULD EVER TAKE YOUR ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT. THEY HAVE AN ATTITUDE, AND WILL HOLD YOUR GOODS FOR OVER A MONTH AND DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND ARE QUITE HAPPY TO LET YOU TAKE BACK YOUR EQUIPMENT UNREPAIRD. BAD NEWS, DON'T GO NEAR THEM.</p>

A Pleasure to know
<p>I recieved excellent advice telephonically from Firstshop, and I also found the item I needed for R400 (FOUR HUNDRED) cheaper than what takealot was offering. ALSO, they were much quicker with delivery than takealot has ever been. The service at Firstshop is EXCELLENT, and I am so glad I have found them for all my computer needs. I will never go anywhere else again.</p>
