Very disappointed with Durban South Panelbeaters.

I phoned beforehand to confirm how their process works. I was clearly told that walk-ins for quotations are allowed, no insurance details are required, and there is no charge for an assessment. Based on this, I sent my employee to their premises on my behalf.

Upon arrival, the story completely changed. My employee was told that payment is required upfront and that insurance details are mandatory. This was the exact opposite of what I was told over the phone.

When this was raised, there was no accountability taken. Leah (administration) and Kevin (assessor) were dismissive and unprofessional, and Kevin in particular was rude.

Very poor communication and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend using this company.
