Ie get up early in the morning. Im no 8th in the queue. I leave the clinic past 1 pm. There is one heavily pregnant Dr in the clinic ONLY. Can they not call a locum in. One Dr for so many people. It's tiring. Yes we know as they tell us frequently poor people must pay with their time but seriously every time we go they say the drs are short staffed. Please someone do something proactive about this!!!

I am very disappointed and sad with this experience. Most of the nurses carry on like they doing you a favour. A well set nurse with spectacles took my sugar reading and threw a cotton bud at the table telling me its for ne. I hope she knows we ALL judge each other. They not better than the rest. They getting well paid to do a job!!! Its not voluntary work they doing. At the chemist you wait longer than you wait for the doctors and they also insist on speaking to people without a mike system that they do have so you cannot hear what they are shouting. They really need better management at the clinic. One is scared to go there but I suppose that is all government departments!!!

During our visit at the Day Clinic on the 16th of March 2023 from reception to the personnel working in the rooms, I can just say thank you for your excellent service delivery and hospitality. You are on your feet 24/7 without any complaints. Great work thank you for your kindness.

Good day, To begin with a positive note I would like to say the clinic is very neat and clean. This is the first time I went in with my mom to get her medicine that they normally deliver to her home. She has not received her medicine last week. She called several times and no answer for days (office and cell nr and found afterward later number has changed), yesterday she got a hold of someone, who said her medicine is ready to collect at the clinic. They said she should have been notified that from 1 December no more deliveries. She has received no such message or information. I took her to the clinic and went straight to the pharmacy to pick up her medicine because it was ready for collection as they said over the phone. As we approached the window and spoke to the lady, she was very unfriendly and prompt and said my mother must wait. So I had to leave her there and my husband had to go back and pick her up. She waited a while and then received her medicine. This was unnecessary and inconvenient where as they could just hand her medicine to her and she could leave and not sit uncomfortably and wait unnecessarily. Why would you tell someone to come and just pick it up and then just let them sit and wait? In this life, there is difficulty and so many are struggling that friendliness, help, and comfort are what we need. If you are in the profession of helping and assisting people you should show the fruits of that service. Day to day all of us must help others and put them before ourselves. What you sow is what you reap. Be thankful always and in everything.
