Ie get up early in the morning. Im no 8th in the queue. I leave the clinic past 1 pm. There is one heavily pregnant Dr in the clinic ONLY. Can they not call a locum in. One Dr for so many people. It's tiring. Yes we know as they tell us frequently poor people must pay with their time but seriously every time we go they say the drs are short staffed. Please someone do something proactive about this!!!
So last month for no reason that can be explained to us our sim card stops working. This month the same thing happens to my daughter's SIM card. Each time it costs us R99 to do s SIM swop. I would like know to exactly how many Telkom customers this is happening to !!! Also the guy at your cape gate branch on Saturday the 7th of February did not give us a receipt and neither did he give us change for our R100. They just looked at us like we supposed to leave without it!!! Can someone please give us an explanation for this!!! Is this standard Telkom behaviour
Firstly we spent about 3 hours there and they could not assist with issue. Asked us to go print documents that cape gate branch said was not needed and made us pay for airtime that was also not needed. They are clueless. Also had another traumatized customer in store and when she left they all including manager laughed at her. They could not help her either. Telkom what are you employing!! They were rude and useless . Cape Gate helped us in 15minutes . Manager just as clueless.
Ok so bought a couch from Game tygervalley on the Sunday. Tell them to deliver the Tuesday. Come home from the store on Sunday and get a message to say delivering the Monday. Late Monday afternoon i get a message to say they delivering the Tuesday. I phone Game to complain because I have now taken off work 2days already. Only to be told they were at my house on Monday but that is a total lie. So they promise delivery for Wednesday early. Come Wednesday past 10, I call Nazeem again and yes he suddenly remembers and hurriedly makes arrangements. The couch gets to me 45 minutes later covered very badly in torn plastic and the cushions not covered st all and just dumped in the back of a bakkie!!! Game your service is pathetic!!! And the lady at service desk just tels me there is nothing she can do and dumps the phone down
Stikland your prices have skyrocketed but your fish portion sizes are literally halved. Hake n chips we were so disappointed. And please dont dump all the chips on the fish. Put the fish on top. By the time we get home the fish is no longer crispy and sticks to the paper. So we loose alot of the fish skin and the fish breaks!!!
They charged me R150 on Tuesday for a vegetable combo special that was running for R135. The tellers checked that I had the correct quantity. It was definitely marked incorrectly. So the whole weekend all you customers paid the incorrect amount!! Brackenfell pnp always has incorrect prices!!! I hate going in there because always an issue and MOST tellers are just plain lazy!!!
So my debit order went off incorrectly for double premium when I had already paid for the month. After numerous attempts i was told they would pay it back. This never happened. They have just not been collecting my normal premiums but my money was never refunded. What a bunch of *******
For no apparent reason I was the only person searched after passing through Airport security. Hmm i me an old lady wearing Islamic headgear. I have to wonder why!! My headgear must be so threatening hey Lanseria!!!
So further on. After visiting Telkom 3x and receiving a phone call from them money that they accidentally deducted on the 15 double premium has stil not been refunded. The lady at the branch said 3 days, the lady that called me said 11 which has gone by. Yesterday man at Cape Gate branch said 14 working days. So yes month end already and still waiting. TELKOM SA!!
So an update. Telkom double deducted premiums last week. Their error. Went into branch. Was told it would be refunded after 3 days. 7 days later I go back to the branch to be told the money was credited to my account but now only they would refund it to my account. So after 7 days we wait for another 3!!! Alot of interest they gather with our funds conveniently. TELKOM YOUR SERVICE IS BAD
