Inferior Goods/Incorrectly Supplied Products

I built new home during 2014 & used a company - Durbanville Plumbing supplies by referral from my builder & initially had a issue with them supplying 2 different baths which I lodged a complaint about but they never came out to see the problem nor resolve in any way.<br> <br> I now had plumbing issues with the scullery tap leaking water in the cupboard & had to get in a plumber to assess. It was apparently the tap & pipes supplied that were already failing & had to be replaced after only 1.5 years as they supplied inferior quality goods. I tried contacting them in writing about this twice & they have not extended the courtesy of a reply within 2 weeks.
