DX is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am not one to try and take someone's living away from them, but I've just had enough of DX. I ordered on 26/09/17, I paid and delivery was processed. Ever since then I haven't received my parcel. Every time I contact their chat service I am TOLD to...and I quote, "wait a few more days". What is worse is that sometimes I am told to wait a another week and then I have to contact them again, only for them to repeat those lines. I may not have spent over R1 000 and boy am I glad I didn't, but for those who are thinking of it, rather use some South African company or Wish if you really want to order stuff for cheap. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to DX, I think that they are a complete rip off. I do understand that it isn't completely their fault, because the carrier is the delay (in this case the POST OFFICE), but they've chosen the carrier not ME, so THEY have to sort it out. On the items I ordered it clearly states delivery time 7-10 working days - clearly not true. They also have a useless tab on their site for if you didn't receive your parcel after 20 working days since it has been shipped. That's my two cents about DX in a nutshell - Hopefully this helps someone else.
