I ordered a Q9 Smart watch which after a few weeks showed a default on the watch. Firstly the website is not user friendly and with the help of someone that I had to message through FB i still struggled a lot. Eventually I manage to write to them. They gave me an e mail address to send i video showing the default of the product even though I attached an image already. The e mail provided was for someone who had already left the company and they gave me another e mail address to use. I then sent the email again. in the mean time my smart watch stopped connecting to my android phone, I then made them aware of this time and they requested me to send another video. I then asked them why should I send another video, I already sent you video showing a default of the watch. Elana the person who is communicating keep on referring to the second default and I keep on telling her that I only made You aware of second problem I experience with the watch and that already have a video showing a default with the product. It feels like she does even read my message properly to reply accordingly and she just replies. I have been waiting for the exchange since March 2020.

I am not happy with the service for an exchange of an item I ordered that has a default. It seems to be a scam. Placed order early January, was promised to receive it late January 2020. It is now April and still nothing. Tried to contact customer service, but they did not respond other than saying 'don't worry, we asked our sending-team to speed up the process'. Fortunately I've paid with PayPal and after having gone through a claim-process (to which DX did not respond at all), PayPal authorised a refund. I will never buy from DX ever again and I advise you don't either.

Order Number: ********** ********** 8027 I bought mobile for 400$ on dealextreme.com next day i purchased they asked me id proof i sent all and they confirmed payment then after 17 days ago they are not shipped item and main horrible thing is no one reply to my msgs i tried lot of times but not responding any one msgs and also not shipping product. they don't have chat service even dont have support emails ,they have only facebook support that also they blocked when i asked about my product see how frauds these peoples my money struck in dx.. if u paid through direct on dealextreme.com then forget your money they never give u r contact u.. big frauds .. i paid through paypal so i just opened dispute but still pending coz they are not reply to them also .. Dont buy anything in DX be careful like these scam websites

I placed an order on this site for one small package of specialized cleaning brushes on the 13th of June 2018. Its the 5th of September 2018 now. I have not received anything yet. The support desk does reply very promptly - BUT..it seems that they have NO idea where my package is..!! They are permanently asking for my patience even not being able to give me ANY concrete facts. I suspect they are stalling and might never deliver or refund my order.. I'll be waiting for their reply to this review. In the meantime - from my personal experience, and reading other reviews - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE...

I placed an order on this site for one small package of specialized cleaning brushes on the 13th of June 2018. Its the 5th of September 2018 now. I have not received anything yet. The support desk does reply very promptly - BUT..it seems that they have NO idea where my package is..!! They are permanently asking for my patience even not being able to give me ANY concrete facts. I suspect they are stalling and might never deliver or refund my order.. I'll be waiting for their reply to this review. In the meantime - from my personal experience, and reading other reviews - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE...

DX is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am not one to try and take someone's living away from them, but I've just had enough of DX. I ordered on 26/09/17, I paid and delivery was processed. Ever since then I haven't received my parcel. Every time I contact their chat service I am TOLD to...and I quote, "wait a few more days". What is worse is that sometimes I am told to wait a another week and then I have to contact them again, only for them to repeat those lines. I may not have spent over R1 000 and boy am I glad I didn't, but for those who are thinking of it, rather use some South African company or Wish if you really want to order stuff for cheap. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to DX, I think that they are a complete rip off. I do understand that it isn't completely their fault, because the carrier is the delay (in this case the POST OFFICE), but they've chosen the carrier not ME, so THEY have to sort it out. On the items I ordered it clearly states delivery time 7-10 working days - clearly not true. They also have a useless tab on their site for if you didn't receive your parcel after 20 working days since it has been shipped. That's my two cents about DX in a nutshell - Hopefully this helps someone else.
