scam?

It seems to be a scam. Placed order early January, was promised to receive it late January 2020. It is now April and still nothing. Tried to contact customer service, but they did not respond other than saying 'don't worry, we asked our sending-team to speed up the process'. Fortunately I've paid with PayPal and after having gone through a claim-process (to which DX did not respond at all), PayPal authorised a refund. I will never buy from DX ever again and I advise you don't either.
