If you are looking for a decent Client-Service Oriented Courier Company that will help you sort problems out quickly & efficiently to ensure you still provide a good service to your own clients - DON'T make use of these guys - their service is just BAD in general when things go wrong - it is VERY FRUSTRATING. Also Note: their costing is quite expensive compared to other Courier Companies out there.
I am STILL waiting, since 25 June, for my REFUND!!! Dear RAIN - DO NOT auto reply rubbish to this complaint... I don't care how "busy" you are...I want my REFUND!!!
Dear RAIN... This is my 2nd COMPLAINT on Hello Peter - WHY? Because you do not communicate!!! You very quickly replied to my 1st complaint with "one of our agents will contact you ASAP".. NOTHING... I WANT MY REFUND...!!!!!
My experience with RAIN so far is absolute ****!!! I ordered the 4G Unlimited package on the 15 June...they delivered my SIM on the 18 June. From the word go I could not connect or do anything with the SIM...it just didn't work on my 4G WiFi Router/4G Phone - which they confirmed will work via an email query I sent them. From there onward their support was NOWHERE - they literally took more than a week to reply to my first complaint and any other after that... I had to get Internet access and had to renew my old contract because RAIN just didn't get back to me!! - They blame COVID (like everyone out there) for not supporting properly - I don't fall for that excuse..if you start a business like this - YOU ensure DECENT Customer Support!! Today is the 3 Aug and I'm still waiting for my refund!!!!!!!
I placed an order on this site for one small package of specialized cleaning brushes on the 13th of June 2018. Its the 5th of September 2018 now. I have not received anything yet. The support desk does reply very promptly - BUT..it seems that they have NO idea where my package is..!! They are permanently asking for my patience even not being able to give me ANY concrete facts. I suspect they are stalling and might never deliver or refund my order.. I'll be waiting for their reply to this review. In the meantime - from my personal experience, and reading other reviews - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE...
This company responds very quickly to an online query via WhatsApp. They informed me that they have exactly what I am looking for - at a wild price. We agreed on some samples. Then the suspicious dealings start: Their policy states that: any order amount below R2500 has to be paid making use of an E-Wallet account of the bank of your choice. Which company does that? When I confronted them about this, asking why they do not defend themselves on this site, they became VERY defensive and told me off as being a "bad customer". BE CAREFULL of this company - it seems like a scam...
