Your staff attitude have a lot to be desired at your call centre-and thats even if they answer the phones in the first place.I have not dealt with hificorp in a long time and i will never deal with them again.
Dont know how you people still in business.Not one person available in parts-even the Dealer Principal-Julian is not available.Kak service.
Same issues as everyone else complaining.Ever since the anc took over the post office it has been a downhill slide.E-mails are not being responded to and 0860111502 is never answered,yesterday a held on for 3 hours listening a to a pre-recorded message to say"your call is important"-well f..ck you and your call is important.For the last 10 years there has been zero service from that useless entity.Mark Barnes is even worse than his predecessors.In other words sa post office go and f..ck yourselves.
Cell c is one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with,the accounts division has no idea what they are doing

Steves Superspar on Beyers Naude has gone from bad to worse to terrible.Amongst other things floor cleaners pushing you out of the way with their electric floor polishers so that they can clean the floors.This should be done before the business opens or after it closes and speak **** to me that this is the norm as i worked for Pick n Pay and we would NEVER inconvenience our clients like that.When this store was run/managed by Nick the service was exemplarary.Luckily he has bought a Spar close to where i stay in Honeydew Ridge.Also Steves Spar has a huge amount of early morning customers and would expect freshly baked goods which would occur when Nick managed the branch.What do yo get now? 2 day old rolls and an empty pie counter.Another issue is with staff chatting to each other and walking abreast in the aisles so that customers have to manoeurve their way around them.I could go on and on but all i will do is never return to that store and tell as many of my friends and family about the utter lack of service there.
