I trusted the company to repair my refrigerator, I payed R2400 in cash for the service.. Even today the fridge is not fixed. I tried several times to get intouch with them, they give me empty promises. I went as far as asking for the refund so I could find somebody who can do the job. They now avoiding my calls.

They charged me R2300.00 to fix my washing machine, immediately after the technician left the machine started having issues. Whilst the technician was here, he dropped the machine on the floor and kicked it back into place. I called the technician to let him know on Tuesday last week. He said he would send someone on Wednesday, no one arrived and he didn’t call to notify me. On Thursday he said he would send someone, no one arrived and he didn’t bother to call me. On Thursday evening I requested a refund, he refused to refund my money, he said he’d come over the weekend to fix the machine. I wasn’t available on Saturday. I video called Sunday morning to show him the issue, he said he’d send someone out on Sunday. Eventually at 12:00 I called him again, he said he’d send someone after 15:00 then it change to next week. He arrived on Monday morning after 10:00, inspected the machine and said it needed a door mechanism from Bosch, he needed to leave to get a specific part from Bosch. He didn’t come back, eventually I called him in the afternoon to ask if he was coming back, he said he was waiting to find out if Bosch had stock of the door mechanism. It’s a week later, he refuses to refund my money, I cannot get him to commit to fixing the machine in a timely manner. This man brings his son on-site with him, his son does not stay to assist his father, rather he patrols the property whilst his father is busy. He is rude, has no customer service insight and made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. Do not use them, he’ll fix your machine but damage it in a different way, causing you to call him back. If your machine breaks, you’ll be left without assistance and your money.

Chris from Dynamic Appliance Repair attempted to fix my fridge at high cost on 1 July 2025, and when my fridge gave exactly the same issues on 28 July, he took more than a month to send his tech people to me. They did come, but my fridge is still broken. My wish is just to have my fridge repaired.

I really wish I had read the reviews on Hello Peter before contacting these people. They came out last week to repair my washing machine which had stopped working. Ironically enough I was quite impressed as they arrived on the same day and apparently repaired the machine. Little did I know that the machine would stop working again after a few days ( the exact same problem) Unfortunately I had already paid them R2400. My husband and I have tried to contact them with no success- they have blocked me on WhatsApp and don't reply to emails. In short: beware of these ****sters

I really wish I had read the reviews on Hello Peter before contacting these people. They came out last week to repair my washing machine which had stopped working. Ironically enough I was quite impressed as they arrived on the same day and apparently repaired the machine. Little did I know that the machine would stop working again after a few days ( the exact same problem) Unfortunately I had already paid them R2400. I logged a call with Dynamic Appliance Repairs on 23/07/2025 and technicians were sent to my house to repair my Fridge. Upon completion of repairing the fridge, they invoiced me and I paid them. A day later, my fridge was not cold enough at the top and not freezing at the bottom, I reported this to Dynamic Appliance Repairs and they said they will send a technician but this never happened. Later that same evening of the 24th, I called them again to report a very loud grinding noise my fridge was making and they promised me the same thing, that they will send a technician, but that never happened. Yesterday, during the night, when I checked the back of my fridge, as it was making this horrible noise, I realised that the Gas cylinder was extremely hot, so hot that it was beginning to burn the PVC cover that was on top of it, so I switched off my fridge and called them again but they did not answer my calls. To date, I have been calling them and sending them watsapps on this number 063 268 4597 but they are not answering my calls nor responding to my watsapps. The person who is responsible for billing me and sending technicians at my house to attempt to repair my fridge is Arnold. I have been made a fool and I feel like I have been ****med and I do not recommend this company to anyone, they are very unprofessional and they stole my money. I am putting out this review to warn anyone who ever tries to make use of their services, to be careful. Dear Dynamic Repairs, I am requesting for my money back as you have failed to repair my fridge and left it in a much worse condition than you have found it.
