****MERS beware!
Fridge not working after less than a month. Their website is the same platform that was used by locksmiths to **** me, so clearly part of the same ****mers. DO NOT USE THEM!

Refused to exchange brand new unopened item
Refused to return brand new unopened unwanted gift and swop for something else on their website. I was willing to pay all courier fees and take a discount. "You can sell it on Gumtree". How rude.

BEWARE - DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
I'm not going into all the details, as I see ALL the other reviews indicate the same pattern. These guys are unethical, rude, unprofessional. Steph Venter charged R2,615 for less than 10mins of work and then threatened to take me to the closest ATM if I don't have cash! When I phoned Chris at their central office to complain he was very rude, and hasn't responded to email since.
