After many years of good service my Ledlensor torch stopped working. I sent it in to Awsome Tools for a quotation on the repair. Much to my surprise they sent a brand new later model at no charge. A big thank you to both Thando and Nadine for great service,

Awesome Tools has always had a good reputation. I live in Bishopscourt and wanted to bring in a few items all at the same time. When I called the friendly lady who answered the telephone, said she said she would put me through to the service centre supervisor. Nadine. What a piece of work! She didnt know she didn't put the phone down properly. I was going to put down, but what I heard let my jaw drop. Speaking to, I assume her staff, in a tone that reminded me of Apartheid South Africa. Shouting. How can you treat your customers well, but you engage with your staff in such a disrespectful and downright rude manner? I have a lot of Awesome Tools friends and family in my inner circle. I'll be sure to tell them to speak with anyone there except that individual. Why would a reputable company like Awesome Tools employ a leader like that when surely there are skilled people out there that brings out the best in their team. I'm Chairperson on the Board of Directors of a blue chip company and if ANY of my directors or management staff speak to even a cleaner in that tone, I will not even have a hearing. They will get dismissed right there in front of the person they humiliated.

The company's name and reputation is well-deserved. I sent my Leatherman in for maintenance and received it back within a few days, like new ! Thank you for your prompt and professional service.

I bought a Letherman multi tool in round 2004. This I used every day but I probably tried a bit to mush with it and I damaged it. As it is a old model it could not be repaired so Awesome tools sent me a new replacement. Excelant service!
